I am in the process of reading an excellent book on the teen movies of the 80s by Susannah Gora.

It is titled "You Couldn't Ignore Me If You Tried: The Brat Pack, John Hughes, And Their Impact on a Generation" and from what I read so far, I highly recommend it to any 80s fans.

You can find out more at her website http://www.bratpackbook.com

Good stuff.

Im going to have to check that one out. John Hughes films were by far the most influential on my life. Sounds like a must read to me.
Thanks for sharing OldSchool.
